Summer ArtsCamp Assistant
Seasonal position. Approximately 25 hours/week M-F June 12-August 25, plus up to an additional 20 hours for training and organizing before and after camp. The ArtsCenter is seeking one Summer ArtsCamp Assistant (for midday shift ~ 11:45 AM – 4:30 PM) to help carry out the daily operations of its arts-based camp programs for youth. This person will assist the Youth Education Staff to ensure camps run smoothly, help prepare facility for daily programs, assist teachers, help with administrative duties of camp, help supervise camp volunteers, and help lead activities for campers, with additional duties as required. Ideal candidate will have experience working with children, will be comfortable communicating with parents and kids, and will be able to multi-task. Pay $11/hour.

The ArtsCenter is now hiring teaching artists for Youth Programs in January-August 2017. Opportunities include 2-week AfterSchool Arts Immersion residencies, one day Teacher Workday MiniCamps, and week-long summer ArtsCamps.
