Bryce- Tuesdays and Thursdays, Mar 2-18 (Online)

Grades 5-8

This innovative and supportive open-level class leads participants through structures and prompts that they can use to create their own choreography. The tools provided will help participants learn how to develop choreography or refine their choreographic voices and build a foundation that supports an ongoing dance making practice. Participants will work together and on their own with support from the instructor to develop choreography in this digital space. Collaboration and positive feedback serve as a foundation for this class and the development of participants as emerging choreographers. No prior dance training is required.

Materials that students will need:

Pen, paper, water, comfortable clothing, comfortable shoes (or bare feet), room to move
