Family Friendly Transactors Improv rings in 2019 with a show all about snow. Sledding, skiing, snowball fights, and of course, post-playing-in-the-cold-hot-chocolate-drinking.
Audience member Jen writes that her son “has officially caught the improv bug. He surprised me by volunteering to go up on stage at the Transactors family show this evening. All the way home, he said he wants to do more improv and that he loved it.”
The cast is director Anoo Tree Brod, Juliet Kaplan, and Steven Warnock.
This 45-minute performance features short-form improv – individual scenes running 5-10 minutes and based on audience suggestions.
Everything is made up on the spot, and the content is appropriate for children and adults… and adults who act like children.
Transactors has a long history of entertaining audiences of all ages. The company originated as a children’s theater and has performed in schools throughout the southeast.
