This course will guide students through the process of creating their first piece of interactive art. Students will learn the fundamentals of Python and Processing, and will deploy their final project to a Raspberry Pi microcomputer. We will spend most of our time in class writing code, testing our ideas, and helping each other to solve interesting puzzles. By the end of the class, you will have a tiny interactive art project that you can take home with you and continue to develop. Students should be creative, curious, and confident around technology.
A materials fee of $40 is due to instructor at first class.
