Through reading assignments and class discussion, students will become familiar with flash (very short) fiction. Writing assignments will include a minimum of two flash fiction stories, which students will critique in class for the purpose of revision and insight into their own work. Students will also learn about markets for flash fiction and how to submit manuscripts for publication.

Masks must be worn at all times. Students are required to show instructors a proof of vaccination before attending in-person classes. Refunds and exchanges are not offered for in-person classes offered during the pandemic.
