Luna’s Magic Flute is certain to delight the young and old with a musical fairy tale for flutes, piano, storytelling, and puppetry. In this family-friendly program, the audience is taken on a journey with Luna as she encounters a galloping pony, swimming turtle, and other creatures including a fierce dragon! Musicians Alma Coefman, Kristin Trangsrud and the Flute Cocktail ensemble join forces with Donovan Zimmerman of Paperhand Puppet Intervention to weave a tale that illustrates how friendships can help one face and overcome life challenges. Professional voice actor, Peter Delloro, will be joining Lynn Pickles as one of the narrators. And singers from Sisters’ Voices, directed by Leandra Strope, will also be performing.
