Project Description

Maggie Heraty has worked over the years as a freelance illustrator and a teacher in a number of programs ranging from environmental education to illustration courses. She has over 9 years of experience working with students from kindergarten to high school age. Outside of her work with The ArtsCenter, she is a jack-of-many-trades and can often be found organizing in Southern social justice movements, fixing backcountry hiking trails, and tending to her native plant garden.
