You’re in for a treat!

Join us for Black Sheep Comedy Night, where the Triangle’s best indie comedy teams take the stage! Get treated to THREE brand-new, never-before-seen comedy sets made up right before your eyes. Witness the kind of magic you can’t rewind, can’t binge-watch, and can’t find online – the kind that leaves you saying, “You had to be there.” And you’ll be glad you were.

Featuring:

• Plot Holes is a narrative improv team that creates an unforgettable story on the fly. Based on an audience suggestion, Plot Holes weaves a cohesive story with no discussion ahead of time, no plan – just eccentric characters and inevitable plot holes. Fall into a story no one saw coming!

• Stolen Identity is a long-form improv team from Durham, North Carolina. Composed of performers primarily from the LGBTQ+ community, they have been performing together since October 2022. Their show incorporates elements of documentary, montage, and eventé based on a suggestion from the audience. Stolen Identity hosts a monthly show of local improv teams at Succotash Southern and Creole Kitchen in Durham. They’ll steal your identity… and your hearts.

• Rigsbee Avenue is a triangle based improv troupe made of actors and improvisers performing improvised plays. They are very character driven. They don’t take audience suggestions or follow any preconceived themes. They just start the show to discover who they are, where they’re going and how they’ll get there.

Always indie, always fresh, always funny!
