Lineup for April’s The Last Draft Comedy Showcase at The ArtsCenter

April 12, 2024

After our first successful show, The Last Draft Comedy Showcase will be returning monthly!

“The Last Draft Comedy Showcase is a variety comedy hour, with a focus on stand-up comedy. Over the last five years, I have had the pleasure of meeting and performing with some of the funniest comics in North Carolina. The last draft is often what comics strive for; be that the perfect joke, a new five-minute set, or a full hour of original material. In my experience, comedy  is always changing and a script often represents the last draft before a performance instead of a final product. Stand-up comedy has always been an opportunity for me to share my perspective on life while entertaining a wider audience. So, The Last Draft Comedy Showcase is an opportunity for a rotating, diverse group of local talents to share their unique experiences on stage.” – Jonah Lewis
