TECHNOLOGY LAB

Welcome to your tech paradise at the Technology Lab! Equipped with next-generation audio and video technologies like green screens, video projectors, DAW controllers, and large monitors, this is your space to experiment, learn, and push the boundaries of your craft.

FIBER ARTS STUDIO

Discover a textile haven in the Fiber Arts Lab. Gain access to tools like industrial sewing machines, laser cutters, sewing tables. This is your space to enhance your craft and explore the endless possibilities of fiber arts.

Frequently asked questions

What Supplies are Included?

Makerspace patrons are encouraged t bring their own materials for their specific projects. 3D printing filament is included in the price, but users who do many large prints or need a specific color are encouraged to donate a spool. Scrap materials for laser cutting/engraving are available.

Why the weird hours?

Due to staffing and accomodating the programming needs of The ArtsCenter, the current makerspace hours are limited. If you need access to the Makerspace outside of those hours, please contact tdennis@artscenterlive.org to schedule availability.

Do I need to take a class before using the makerspace?

Nope! Although we offer artschool classes such as laser engraving, all you need is an idea and our friendly makerspace staff will be happy to assist you using.
