At ArtSchool, we value your time and convenience. Our registration process is designed to be hassle-free, providing clear guidance every step of the way. Our policies, from course cancellation to materials fees, are transparent, ensuring you're well-informed and can focus on what truly matters—your artistic journey.
How to Register
We're thrilled to have you join our vibrant community at ArtSchool. To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend registering in advance to secure your spot. Unfortunately, art classes with insufficient enrollment may be canceled before the first meeting, and in such cases, we'll keep you informed via email.
Our art classes and workshops welcome a diverse audience, including adults and teens aged 15 and up, unless otherwise mentioned. Any required materials fees should be paid directly to the instructor at the initial class meeting, unless otherwise stated in the course description.
You can easily register for our art classes through our website www.artscenterlive.org, in person at The ArtsCenter front desk, or by phone +984-500-4500 using a credit or debit card.
Our box office is ready to assist you:
Monday to Friday: 5pm – 9pm, except during showtimes
Saturday: 10am – 5pm
Please note that checks should be made payable to The ArtsCenter. A $25 service charge is applied to returned checks.
For certain classes, we provide materials lists. However, we encourage students to confirm the minimum enrollment of their class before purchasing materials. The ArtsCenter cannot be held responsible for materials purchased for a canceled class. If you have any questions about your class enrollment status, please inquire at the front desk. We're here to help!

Refund Policy
All refund requests must be made via email to artschool@artscenterlive.org.
You may request a full refund up to 5 business days prior to the start date of your course.
You may request a transfer of your enrollment up to 5 business days prior to the start date of your course.
We do not process requested refunds or transfers within 5 business days of the start of a class, nor after the class has begun.
Course Cancellation Policy
Occasionally, external factors (like low enrollment, teacher illness, etc.) may necessitate the cancellation of a course.
In such instances, The ArtsCenter will inform you of the cancellation 1-3 business days prior to the start of the class via email, and process your refund immediately.

Scholarships
ArtSchool scholarships are given out on a rolling basis. Please fill out and submit the online application and send the requested support materials artschool@artscenterlive.org
